山西泰力通信设备有限公司是由山西电信实业集团公司、中国移动通信第七研究所、山西省电信器材工业公司与巴西电信总公司所辖企业ICATELE公司投资组建的中外合资企业。注册资本为200万美元、研制、生产、销售以IC卡公话系统、智能公话、无线公话为主、自动检测与控制系统为辅等产品。拥有先进的生产线及配套仪器表设备，年生产能力为2万智能IC卡公用话机，产品已获得信息产业部电信终端设备进网证，是国家定点生产厂家之一。

    公司是集科研、开发、生产、销售为一体的高新技术企业，设有四部一室，现有员工95人，具有本科学历的占员工的50%,专业研发人员占员工总数20%。曾两次被评为“太原高新技术开发区优秀企业”，99年荣获中国工业设计协会评定的“中国企业形象ＡＡＡ级称号”，2000年顺利通过了ISO9001、9002质量保证体系认证，2003年通过了强制质量（3C）认证，2004年完成了ISO9001 2000版的换证工作。

    Shanxi Tele Communications Equipment Ltd(STCE) is a Sino-Brazil joint Ventured company with the registered capitals of USD 2,000 000.The investing parties include Shanxi Telecom Shiye Group Ltd，7institute of China Mobile Communications， Shanxi Telecom Applicances & Industry Cor., I.C.A. Telecomunicoes Company of Brazilian Telecom Group Company. STCE mainly produces and sells the ICcard payphone systems, intelligent payphone，wireless payphone and automatic supervision & control systems. With advanced production lines and technology，STCE have the ability to design and produce 20,000 IC payphones annually.The products have obtained the Network Access license for Telecom Equipment from Ministry of Information Industry ，P.R.C.
